Your booking needs to be accompanied by paying the deposit as stipulated in “Take Note”.
Payments can be made in two ways:
1. By e-transfer via online banking. Please send an e-mail to afcan2000@gmail.com if this is your preferred method and request a personalized password.
2. With your credit card via PayPal. Please use the link below.
*Please note that if using PayPal a 2.5% service fee needs to be added to your payment
Take Note
1. Bookings will be confirmed only after the deposit has been received:
$500 for 1-3 month lease.
$1,000 if the lease is longer than 3 months.
2. Rent need to be paid before or on the 1st of the month.
3. A maximum of 4 people per unit.
4. No pets.
5. No smoking.
6. Respect the furniture, the appliances, the decor, the neighbours, the by-laws.
7. Make yourself at home, treat it like your own and enjoy your stay!
